Create Material:  Use SAP Txn. Code-MM01

Enter Material: 1134H0004H

Select Industry sector: Mechanical (select from list)

Select Material Type:  Finished materials Walvoil (select from list) and Press Enter 

  

Click on Select View tab,

Select the views whichever required (for PP- MRP1,2,3,4 work Schedulling)

Enter Organizational Levels:

Plant: 1100

Storage Location: 1105 (select from list) .

Enter Basic unit of Measure: EA

Procurement type :  E- Only In-House, F –Only external procurement , X – for both.

(For material other than finished which has got BOM keep the indicator X)

Optional Data: Production time, Plant delivery time,safety stock

MRP3 :

Enter  Availability Check : Z2  (select from List )

Strategy Group : 40  (for all Finished Material u have to put)

  

MRP - 4 VIEW

Individual/collective Indicator: 2 (for all components which are being a part of any BOM for finished keep blank)

 Work Scheduling View:

Production Scheduler:  Z01- for finished, Z02 for semi finished

Scheduling profile: Z00001- for finished and Z00002 for semi finished

Batch Management: Active

Accounting 1 view :

Enter Valuation Class: (Respective of Material Type)

Enter Price Control:

Enter Price:  

 System asks for saving Press Yes. It shows material created.
